The Creamery Arts Center

The Creamery Arts Center presents Reconstructing the Ideas of Printmaking, an exhibition showcasing hand-produced prints, paper, books, monotypes, relief prints, and zines. The show will open on First Friday Art Walk, Friday, November 7 at The Creamery Arts Center with an opening reception 6-9 p.m. The reception is open to the public, including live printing demonstrations.  Bringing together local and regional print artists, as well as artists from local colleges and universities, the show will demonstrate printing in the original format, with a press, and by hand. With print and book artists exhibiting and working together in one place, artists will be able to network with one another while artists of other genres may be inspired to explore printmaking as an art form.  The show will remain on display until Friday, November 28.
