Social on Patton presents Wild Horse Tale – Spirit of Missouri for First Friday Art Walk in March! Dean Curtis opens the second month of his exhibit, The Wild Horses of Shannon County with a behind-the-lens conversation of his passion, technique and creative approach photographing the four herds of wild horses in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Dean will host a mixer/dinner/talk & slide show in his Photography Gallery at Social on Patton beginning at 5:30, March 1 during the First Friday Art Walk. Included in the $50 cost of this event is a raffle ticket for the Exhibit’s signature framed photograph, “Shawnee Creek #1” – a take-your-breathe-away image of the entire herd running toward the photographer out of a sycamore woods backlit by filtered dawn light. Dean is contributing the raffle proceeds to Harmony House. Visit the free exhibit in March and make a $10 donation to Harmony House for an opportunity to win this framed print. Our First Friday Art Walk guests can also select their favorite “Wild Horses” photograph, which Dean will print as a special memento he is giving to Harmony House. Come celebrate our interactive exhibit that supports the programs of Harmony House through your attendance.
